The sentence I choose is "The Canadians are friendly, they liked to say." pg.10.   I choose this sentence because I think it will be important to the rest of the book.  Also in this chapter they talk a lot about Canada.  They also have very high hopes for Canada.
I really hope that they will be able to get asylum, but I predicted they won't because it will basically end the story or make it not so interesting.  I think that if they do get asylum the Canadians will still not treat them better than the Americans or they will still have to hide.
